How to make ricotta in air fryer
Start preparing the ricotta in the air fryer: wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Place the pan in the air fryer basket, place the ricotta in the center, make a cross on the surface, this way all the aromas will penetrate inside during cooking.
Pour extra virgin olive oil over the ricotta and slightly widen the cut made above so that the oil can trickle inside. Add oregano and garlic powder, salt, pepper, and add the cherry tomatoes and olives.
Close the air fryer basket and cook at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Serve the ricotta with cherry tomatoes and olives hot.
