- 4 potatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste salt

How to prepare Roasted potatoes in the air fryer
Let’s start preparing Roasted potatoes in the air fryer: peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces or sticks, place them in a bowl and cover with cold water, and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
Drain the water from the potatoes and pat them dry well with paper towels. Finely chop the rosemary.
Place the potatoes on the perforated tray or directly in the air fryer basket.
Add the chopped rosemary and spray a few bursts of oil with the oil sprayer.
Place the tray in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for 15 minutes; halfway through cooking, remove the basket and shake it so the potatoes can turn.
When the Roasted potatoes in the air fryer are ready, remove the tray from the air fryer basket, season with salt and serve the potatoes hot.
