Salmon Roses are a appetizer that requires no cooking and is easy to make, perfect to serve at a buffet or to accompany a tasty aperitif, perhaps adding some other recipes you can find in this collection of SALMON APPETIZERS. To prepare the cheese cream inside the bread, I used Philadelphia; alternatively, you can use ricotta or robiola. The smoked salmon roses are quick and easy to prepare, so I advise you to place them on the bread at the time of serving because otherwise they will dry out and make sure to use untreated organic lemon for the cheese cream because the zest is used. Now let’s see how to make the salmon roses and if you try them, let me know. Barbara
