How to prepare sausage puffs in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the sausage rolls in the air fryer: unroll the puff pastry, place the sausage on the puff pastry, and cut the pastry to the length of the sausage, roll the puff pastry around the sausage to cover it completely, overlapping the ends to seal it well. Proceed in this way with the other sausages.
Then cut into slices about 1 or 2 inches thick.
Place a sheet of perforated paper at the bottom of the air fryer basket and put the sausage rolls.
Cook at 375F° for 12 minutes, halfway through the cooking, open the basket and turn the puffs.
Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer, let them cool slightly or serve them at room temperature.
How to store sausage puffs in air fryer
Store at room temperature for one day, as the puff pastry becomes gummy and no longer flaky and crispy.
