- 4 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to prepare sautéed zucchini
Let’s start preparing the sautéed zucchini, wash the zucchini and trim them, then slice them into rounds and subsequently into pieces. Clean the garlic clove and also the parsley, and chop them finely.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil and the zucchini pieces into a pan, then add the chopped garlic and parsley and season with salt.
Place the pan on the heat and cook on low flame for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add a splash of water, but keep in mind that zucchini already contains water, so for a crunchier and tastier cooking, it would be better not to add more.
At the end of cooking, remove the pan from the heat, season with salt, and serve the zucchini hot or at room temperature.
How to store sautéed zucchini
