- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary

- 3.5 oz pizza mozzarella (or other stretched-curd cheese)
- 1 egg

Let’s start preparing the savory pie with potatoes and speck, peel the potatoes
and cut them into small pieces,
pour some extra virgin olive oil into a pan, add a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic, let it season for a few minutes
