Preparation
Let’s start preparing the Savory Puff Pastry Croissants with Clai farmer’s salami. Slice the salami with a knife and also slice the mozzarella.
Unroll the round puff pastry sheet on a surface and cut into 8 wedges. On the edge and center of each, place a slice of salami and a piece of mozzarella. Roll each wedge over itself to form the croissant.
Preheat the convection oven to 356°F (180°C). Line the oven tray with baking paper and place the croissants on top. Brush them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Once the oven is hot, bake the tray and cook the Savory Puff Pastry Croissants with Clai farmer’s salami for 15 minutes; they should be golden and puffy.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve them hot or at room temperature.
