How to Make Sea Bream in Salt Crust
Let’s start preparing the sea bream in salt crust. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, pour some of the salt to form the base, add a few sprigs of rosemary, and some lemon slices. Place the cleaned and gutted sea bream on top.
Stuff the sea bream’s belly with the sliced garlic clove, a sprig of rosemary, and some lemon slices.
Cover the sea bream with the remaining salt, ensuring it adheres well to cover it completely.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for 20 minutes. Once the sea bream is cooked, remove it from the oven, break the salt crust, discard the aromatics, and fillet it.
Place the sea bream fillets on a plate and serve them simply with extra virgin olive oil and a few lemon slices.
