Let’s start preparing the Skewers with mozzarella balls and salami, place 3 slices of salami slightly overlapping as seen in the photo above,
fold them in half
and roll to form the little rose.
Take the wooden skewer and insert a mozzarella ball,
place the two basil leaves next to the salami rose
and insert them onto the skewer,
finally add another mozzarella ball.
