How to make sliced beef in an air fryer

  • Let’s start preparing the sliced beef in the air fryer. Place the meat slice in the air fryer basket, allowing any fat to drip through the slots, making the meat lighter.

  • Close the air fryer and cook at 392°F for 15 minutes. Halfway through, open the basket and flip the meat slice using tongs, not a fork, to avoid piercing the meat and releasing its juices, keeping it tender and succulent.

  • Once cooked, remove it from the basket, place it on a cutting board, and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Then slice it thickly and arrange on a plate, season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and serve hot. Optionally, serve with vegetables, Parmesan shavings, or balsamic vinegar.
