- 150 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 7 tbsp butter (or sunflower seed oil)

How to prepare the soft cake in air fryer
Start preparing the soft cake in the air fryer by melting the butter in the microwave, in a water bath, or in a saucepan over low heat so it doesn’t cook. Pour the eggs into a bowl
and the sugar,
work with the electric whisks until you get a fluffy mixture.
With the electric whisks still running, add the milk gradually
and the melted butter or alternatively the same amount of sunflower seed oil.
Add the flour and baking powder
and continue to incorporate with the electric whisks to obtain a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Add the chocolate chips,
the vanilla essence, and mix.
Butter and flour the cake pan and pour the mixture,
add a few more chocolate chips
and place the pan in the air fryer basket, cook at 300°F for 50 minutes, then do the toothpick test to check for doneness; if necessary, extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
Once cooked, remove the cake pan from the basket and let it cool completely before removing it from the mold and slicing it. Add some powdered sugar
