- 1.1 lbs potato gnocchi
- 5.3 oz mozzarella
- 7.1 oz tomato sauce

How to make Sorrentina Gnocchi in Air Fryer
We start preparing Sorrentina Gnocchi cooked in the air fryer. First, prepare the gnocchi by following my recipe or use the ready-made ones. Pour water into a pot, place it on the heat, and when it starts boiling, add salt, pour the gnocchi a few at a time and cook them. When the gnocchi rise to the surface, collect them with a skimmer and place them in a bowl, add some extra virgin olive oil and mix, so they don’t stick together.
Once all the gnocchi are cooked, cut the mozzarella into cubes, place them on a plate, cover with cling film, and store in the fridge.
Pour the tomato sauce into a pot, add basil, a pinch of salt, and 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, cook with the lid on for 20 minutes.
Take a baking dish that will fit into the basket of your air fryer and pour in the previously cooked gnocchi, add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cubes, and some chopped basil leaves, mix everything well.
Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 8 minutes. Once cooked, serve the Sorrentina gnocchi cooked in the air fryer hot.
