- 1 chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 50 ml soy sauce
- to taste sesame seeds
- to taste water
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste ginger
How to prepare Soy Chicken Bites
Let’s start preparing the soy chicken bites. Remove any bones and fat from the chicken breast and then cut it into pieces.
Pour the flour onto a plate and coat the chicken bites well. Pour some extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and heat it well, then add the chicken bites and brown them, turning them often so they can brown everywhere.
Add the soy sauce and mix so that the chicken absorbs it well, now add a few tablespoons of water to form the sauce and cook for 15 minutes, adding water if necessary.
Serve the Soy Chicken Bites hot, adding some sesame seeds and, if you like, a grating of ginger.
