Spinacine party with 3 sauces is an easy and flavorful main course, perfect to enjoy with friends, perhaps after watching a movie. I served the AIA Spinacine party with paprika roast potatoes and 3 sauces made with homemade mayonnaise, but of course, if you prefer, you can use store-bought mayonnaise and then add paprika, wasabi, and blended basil. To prepare this tasty dish, I used the Spinacine Party AIA, original chicken nuggets rich in 100% Italian spinach, crispy and irresistible. Let’s see how to make the spinach party with 3 sauces, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara

How to prepare Spinacine party with 3 sauces
Let’s start preparing the Spinacine party with 3 sauces. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into wedges. Place them in a bowl of water and let them soak for a few minutes. In another bowl, mix one tablespoon of smoked paprika, one crushed garlic clove, and the breadcrumbs. Drain the potatoes, place them in a dish, add the paprika-flavored breadcrumbs, and mix well with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Place the potatoes on an oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.
Now prepare the mayonnaise by pouring room temperature egg yolks into the immersion blender cup and adding lemon juice. Begin blending, keeping the blender still at the bottom. When it starts to thicken, slowly add the sunflower seed oil in a stream while moving the blender from bottom to top until the mayonnaise is dense.
Blend the basil leaves with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil until you get a smooth cream. Once the mayonnaise is ready, divide it into 3 parts, pouring it into 3 different bowls. In one bowl of mayonnaise, add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and mix to incorporate. In another bowl, mix in half a teaspoon of wasabi until incorporated. In the last bowl of mayonnaise, mix in the blended basil, or alternatively, add a tablespoon of Genoese pesto.
Preheat the convection oven to 428°F and place the Spinacine Party AIA in a baking dish without any seasonings. Once the oven is hot, bake for 9 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Serve the Spinacine party, accompanied by the 3 sauces and the paprika potatoes.
