How to prepare stuffed bell peppers in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the Stuffed Bell Peppers in Air Fryer, cut the top part of the peppers and set it aside, remove the seeds and white filaments inside, and wash them well under running water.
Pour the ground beef into a bowl and work it with a fork, add an egg, some extra virgin olive oil, salt, and chopped parsley, mix well to combine the ingredients with the meat. Now add some breadcrumbs a little at a time and incorporate it by mixing well, even with your hands.
Take the peppers and fill them with the meat, cover with the previously cut top part. Place the peppers in a baking tray that fits in the air fryer basket, disposable paper trays are also fine (like these HERE) and spray them with oil using the sprayer.
Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 20/25 minutes, then open the basket and check the cooking, if necessary, continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
When the stuffed peppers in the air fryer are ready, remove them from the basket and serve them hot or at room temperature as you prefer.
How to store stuffed bell peppers in air fryer
