Ingredients
- 3 Tasty Flatbreads Mulino Bianco
- 3 sausages
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 cups champignon mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- 7 oz smoked cheese
How to prepare the tasty flatbreads
Let’s start by preparing the tasty flatbreads. Clean the champignon mushrooms, remove the end of the stem, quickly rinse them under running water, and cut them into pieces. Pour some oil into a pan with a clove of garlic and the mushrooms, cook for 15 minutes, then season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
Heat a pan, remove the casing from the sausages and crumble them with your hands, brown them well, turning them often. Once well browned, deglaze with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, cook for 15 minutes.
Cut the smoked cheese into very thin slices. Place a non-stick pan over the heat and when it’s very hot, lay a Tasty Flatbread Mulino Bianco and heat it for 90 seconds per side.
Then fill each flatbread by placing the ingredients on one half, stuffing with mushrooms, cooked sausage, and slices of smoked cheese. Close and cut it in half.
How to store the stuffed flatbread with mushrooms, sausage, and smoked cheese
