  • 9 oz Mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pan di Stelle Cookies
  • Coffee

Steps for preparing the Tiramisu with Pan di Stelle

  • Let’s start preparing the Tiramisu with Pan di Stelle. First, make the coffee so that it can be used cold. Once it’s ready, pour it onto a deep plate and let it cool.

  • Prepare the mascarpone cream by separating the eggs into a bowl. Pour the egg whites and whip them until stiff.

  • Pour the yolks into a bowl, add the sugar and beat them with the mixer until they are pale and fluffy. Then add the mascarpone and continue to beat with the electric mixer.

  • Now fold the egg whites into the cream, incorporating them with a spatula from top to bottom to avoid deflating the mixture.

  • Now lightly dip the Pan di Stelle in the coffee and form a base in a baking dish.

  • Pour some mascarpone cream and spread it evenly.
