Let’s start preparing turkey escalopes with mushrooms by cleaning the mushrooms, washing them quickly, and slicing them,
Pour extra virgin olive oil and the garlic clove into a pot,
add the mushrooms,
add a pinch of salt and put on the heat, cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Coat the turkey slices in flour and set aside.
Pour oil and butter into a large pan, when the butter is melted place the floured turkey slices and fry them well, turning several times.
When the slices are well browned, adjust the salt
and deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
Remove the garlic from the mushrooms
and then add them to the pan with the turkey slices,
and add chopped parsley.
