How to prepare the Two-tone vanilla and chocolate pudding
Let’s start preparing the Two-tone pudding. First, prepare the vanilla pudding part, pour the cornstarch into a pot,
add the sugar and mix the two ingredients,
gradually add the milk, allowing it to incorporate and prevent lumps.
Add the vanilla,
place over heat, stirring continuously to prevent sticking to the bottom, bring to a boil and let it thicken,
Then pour into a bowl or single-portion glasses. Leave at room temperature to cool and thicken.
Prepare the chocolate pudding, pour the cornstarch into a saucepan, add the sugar,
and gradually add the milk, allowing it to incorporate without forming lumps.
Place over heat, stirring continuously to prevent sticking to the bottom. When it’s hot but still liquid, add the milk chocolate,
stir and you will see it melt, when it starts to boil it will thicken.
Take the vanilla pudding that has thickened in the meantime and pour the chocolate pudding on top,
level it across the bowl and let it cool, then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
If you like, you can add dark chocolate or milk chocolate shavings according to your taste.
