  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 Tropea red onion
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

How to Prepare Vegetables in Air Fryer

  • Let’s start preparing the Vegetables in Air Fryer, clean the bell pepper, remove the stem, cut it in half, remove the seeds and white filaments, wash it thoroughly under running water and cut it into pieces. Peel the carrot using a peeler and slice it into rounds.

  • Trim the zucchini and also slice it into rounds, clean the onion and cut it into pieces or roughly slice it.

  • Place the tray on the air fryer basket and pour the vegetables onto the tray, season with salt and a few puffs of extra virgin olive oil, cook at 374°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, then open the basket and stir the vegetables, close the basket again and continue cooking at 374°F (190°C) for another 15 minutes.

  • Serve the vegetables hot
