How to prepare White chocolate and Nutella treats
Let’s start preparing the White chocolate and Nutella treats, finely chop the white chocolate,
pour it into a jug with a handle that you can then hook onto the pot with hot water to melt it in a double boiler. If you don’t have a measuring jug, you can pour it into a small pot smaller than the pot containing the water.
Place the paper liners on the muffin tray, pour a first layer of melted white chocolate into the muffin liners.
Add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center and place in the refrigerator for 10/15 minutes to solidify the white chocolate, or put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Take the tray out of the refrigerator or freezer and cover with melted white chocolate
and level it well.
Add some puffed rice
and spread it over the entire liner, slightly immersing it in the chocolate so that once the chocolate solidifies, the puffed rice does not come off.
Keep in the refrigerator and let rest for 2 hours. Once they have rested in the fridge and the chocolate is firm, retrieve the White chocolate treats, remove the paper liners, and enjoy.
