- 1 wrap
- Half avocado
- 3.5 oz salmon
- to taste cream cheese
- to taste chives
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste pepper
How to prepare the wrap with salmon and avocado
Let’s start preparing the wrap with salmon and avocado, cut the salmon in half, remove the pit and the peel,
slice half of it into thin slices.
Pour the cream cheese in a bowl, add extra virgin olive oil,
some salt and pepper and mix well.
Heat the wrap for a few minutes on each side and spread the cheese,
add the avocado slices on one part of the wrap,
place the salmon slices on top and roll it up.
then cut into rolls
and skewer two rolls per toothpick. Then season with some pepper
if desired, chives
and a splash of oil,
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
