Ingredients

  • 1 wrap
  • Half avocado
  • 3.5 oz salmon
  • to taste cream cheese
  • to taste chives
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste pepper

How to prepare the wrap with salmon and avocado

  • Let’s start preparing the wrap with salmon and avocado, cut the salmon in half, remove the pit and the peel,

  • slice half of it into thin slices.

  • Pour the cream cheese in a bowl, add extra virgin olive oil,

  • some salt and pepper and mix well.

  • Heat the wrap for a few minutes on each side and spread the cheese,

  • add the avocado slices on one part of the wrap,

  • place the salmon slices on top and roll it up.
