How to prepare zucchini and carrots in air fryer
Let’s begin preparing the zucchini and carrots in air fryer, wash and clean the zucchini, remove the ends and slice them into rounds, place them in a baking dish that fits inside the basket of your air fryer.
Also clean the carrots, remove the outer part with a potato peeler or by scraping them with a knife, wash them well under running water, slice them into rounds as well and add them to the zucchini.
Clean the onion and slice it, then add it to the dish, sprinkle with some salt and a few spritzes of extra virgin olive oil. Place the dish in the basket of your air fryer and cook at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, then open the basket, stir the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, remove the basket, take out the dish, stir the vegetables and serve them hot.
