- 1/2 glass dry white wine

Steps
For the preparation of the chicken with peppers, first cut the chicken breast into cubes. Wash and dry the peppers, remove the seeds and white membranes, and dice them.
In a large pan, sauté the onion in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
When the onion is golden, add the peppers to the pan with a pinch of salt and let them cook for a couple of minutes. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little hot water. Let everything brown over high heat.
Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, shake off the excess flour and add them to the pan. Brown in the pan over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the dry white wine, let it evaporate completely and season again with salt. Then add the oregano.
When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and serve, garnishing with an additional sprinkle of oregano.
