Steps

    First, clean the mushrooms by removing the outer skin with the help of a knife and slice them about 3-4 mm thick (about 1/8 inch).
    Prepare a plate with beaten and salted eggs and a plate with the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
