Crispy oven-baked mushrooms are very simple and quick to prepare.
First, clean the mushrooms by removing the outer skin with the help of a knife and slice them about 3-4 mm thick (about 1/8 inch).
Prepare a plate with beaten and salted eggs and a plate with the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
Then dip the mushrooms first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly oil it, place the mushrooms on top and drizzle a little oil over each one.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes or until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
Plate your crispy oven-baked mushrooms, lightly season with salt and serve hot.
If desired, you can customize the breading by adding spices, a mix of herbs, or some grated aged cheese.
