Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 4 large egg whites egg whites
- 2 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
FOR THE OAT FLAKE BARS YOU WILL NEED
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spoon
- Parchment paper
- 1 Baking pan
PREPARATION OF OAT FLAKE BARS WITH CHOCOLATE AND DRIED CRANBERRIES
Making these BARS is very easy and super quick.
In a bowl place the rolled oats, the egg whites at room temperature, the agave syrup or honey, the dried cranberries and the dark chocolate chips.
Mix everything well with a spoon.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture and level it with a spoon.
Bake in a preheated conventional (non-fan) oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Once baked, remove the OAT FLAKE BARS WITH CHOCOLATE AND DRIED CRANBERRIES from the oven and let them cool.
Using a serrated knife, cut your bars.
TIP
To make the oat and chocolate bars more indulgent and add a crunchy touch, you can add coarsely chopped nuts.
