- 8 pork ribs
- Half golden onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 leaf bay leaf
- 6 leaves sage
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 3/4 cups white wine
- 2 1/8 cups tomato passata

Preparation of pork ribs in sauce
The preparation of PORK RIBS IN SAUCE is very easy and within everyone’s reach.
In a pan place a drizzle of oil, the chopped onion and the clove of garlic. Sauté over low heat for 5 minutes. In the meantime finely chop the bay leaf, sage and rosemary. Add the herb mixture to the onion and cook for a couple of minutes to release the aromas.
Add the pork ribs, brown them on all sides and add the white wine.
Raise the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes so that the alcoholic part of the wine evaporates, season with salt and pepper and add the tomato passata.
Cover with the lid and let cook over low heat for 2 hours or until the meat comes away from the bone. Stir occasionally.
