Ingredients
- 4 steaks tuna (about 7 oz each (200 g))
- 2 oz sesame seeds (about 5 1/2 tbsp (50 g))
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (about 4.4 oz (125 g))

Steps
Coat the tuna steaks with the sesame seeds, pressing well so they adhere on all sides.
Heat a nonstick pan and add 3 tbsp of oil. Place the tuna in the pan and cook over medium heat 1–2 minutes per side: it should remain pink inside.
Remove from the pan and let rest for 1 minute. Slice into thick pieces with a very sharp knife.Plate and season lightly with salt.
You can serve the sesame tuna with a sauce made from Greek yogurt, salt, oil and dried oregano, with a salad, or with sautéed or grilled vegetables.
