Ingredients

  • 8.82 oz blanched almonds

Tools

  • 1 Frying Pan

Steps

  • To toast the almonds, first, I peeled them by soaking them for 3 minutes in boiling water to easily remove the skin, as I explained here in my previous recipe.

  • Now that the longest part is done, which is peeling all the almonds, just take a non-stick pan, put it on moderate heat, and toast the almonds, moving them often for 5/6 minutes.

  • By doing so, we will dry all the moisture until we have well-dried and golden almonds on the surface.

  • Since we now know how to toast almonds, we just need to have fun in the kitchen and use them as we like.
