FAQ

  • Can they be made completely sugar-free?

You can omit the honey or replace it with a natural sweetener like erythritol or stevia, adjusting the doses according to the desired sweetness.

  • Can I use regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt?

Greek yogurt has a denser consistency, which helps keep the bars compact. If you use regular yogurt, the mixture might be too soft.

  • Are they suitable for children?

Absolutely yes. They are a healthy snack, without preservatives and with natural sugars.

  • Can shredded coconut be replaced?

For this recipe, coconut is the main ingredient, so it’s not advisable to replace it. However, you can enrich the mixture with chopped nuts or seeds to add texture.
