  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 pinches salt

  • Clean, wash, and cut the cauliflower into large parts, using only the florets and removing the stems.

    In a pot, immerse the cauliflower pieces in plenty of salted water and boil them for 10 minutes.

    After the cooking time, drain the cauliflower pieces well and let them cool.

  • Meanwhile, take a bowl and pour the whole egg, the egg white, and 2 pinches of salt. Beat them lightly.

    Then take two plates, in one pour the flour, in the other the breadcrumbs. Pour the cauliflower florets first into the beaten egg, then into the flour, and finally into the breadcrumbs.

    As you bread the florets, place them on a tray.

  • In a high-sided pan, heat the oil for frying. Then, immerse the cauliflower florets, a little at a time.

    When the florets are well golden, drain them with a slotted spoon and let them dry on paper towels.
