Hake Flowers en Papillote is a very tasty fish-based second course, yet very simple to prepare. Hake flowers are the most prized, tender, and fleshy part of the fillets, and they lend themselves to being transformed into delicious recipes. Just like this one, where the hake flowers are baked using the papillote method. This cooking method allows the flavor and aromas to be enhanced, as well as being scenic at the time of presentation. The hake flowers are seasoned with cherry tomatoes and green olives, flamed with white wine and flavored with fresh parsley. Few and simple ingredients for a light, nutritious, and tasty recipe, ready in just a few steps.
