Marinated Salmon with Dill

The marinated salmon with dill is one of the simplest and yet most refined ways to serve this delicious fish. You can serve it either as an appetizer or a main course, and always with great success. Indeed, salmon rich in Omega 3, vitamins, and proteins, and low in fat, is very appreciated and increasingly present on our tables. In this recipe, we marinate it with dill and lemon, creating a delicious and light dish.

Preparation of Marinated Salmon with Dill

For this recipe, I used Norwegian smoked salmon, easily found in the supermarket’s refrigerated section and already sliced.

  • Arrange the salmon slices on a serving plate.

Then, pour over the juice of one lemon and add the dill, well washed, dried, and chopped.

  • Finally, add the extra virgin olive oil.

  • Let the salmon rest in the fridge until ready to serve, covered with food-grade plastic wrap.

  • Serve the salmon garnished with lemon slices.
