Pasta with Crispy Rapini: a Tasty Dish with Intense and Lively Flavors

It’s hard to resist a dish with intense flavor and tantalizing texture, like pasta with crispy rapini.

Rapini, an undisputed symbol of Neapolitan cuisine, are the absolute stars of the recipe. These slightly bitter vegetables pair perfectly with the crispy and flavorful touch of the accompanying ingredients. Garlic, chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and pasta: few simple ingredients that come together to create something extraordinary.

The secret to the success of the dish lies in the choice of ingredients. The rapini must be very fresh, preferably bought from the local market or picked directly from the garden, to maximize their flavor. The pasta, preferably short and ridged like orecchiette or rigatoni, holds the sauce beautifully. And for the crispy touch, just mix everything together and cook over high heat. An irresistible aroma will be released, whetting your appetite even before tasting.

This dish is more than just a simple recipe. It’s a way to bring the genuineness of our local products to the table and is perfect for those who love authentic and bold flavors.
