Ingredients for Puff Pastry Baskets with Potatoes, Mortadella, and Scamorza
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 potato (boiled)
- 2.1 oz mortadella
- 3.5 oz scamorza
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 pinches salt
- to taste olive oil
- to taste butter
Preparation of Puff Pastry Baskets with Potatoes, Mortadella, and Scamorza
Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on the work surface and cut it into six squares with a fine-tipped knife.
Grease a muffin tin with a little butter and distribute the squares in each mold. Then, prick the bottom with a fork.
Cut the scamorza and mortadella into cubes.
Pass the boiled potato through the appropriate tool and collect the puree in a bowl. Add the salt and chopped parsley and mix well.
Then, add some of the scamorza and mortadella while continuing to mix.
Evenly distribute the mixture among the six baskets and top with the remaining mortadella and scamorza. Sprinkle with a little more chopped parsley.
