Have you ever thought of a quick yogurt ice cream, using the very cups of your favorite yogurt?
On hot summer days, you feel the desire for something fresh and delicious, to enjoy a sweet moment of refreshment. This is the perfect recipe: delicious, practical, and, of course, very tasty.
A cup of creamy yogurt, rich melted chocolate, and a cascade of chopped nuts: three simple ingredients to create a magical dessert without an ice cream maker. The velvety texture of yogurt combines with the chocolate coating and is enhanced by the crunchiness of the nuts.
You can vary the flavor and ingredients to pair. I chose to dive into the unique sweetness of cherries, wrapped in dark chocolate and hazelnut pieces. A truly pleasant mix!
But why not get carried away by the irresistible combination of pistachio yogurt, milk chocolate, and chopped pistachios or sliced almonds? And if I say coffee yogurt, white chocolate, and dark chocolate flakes?
The variations are truly endless!!! You can also alternate layers of different flavored yogurts or layers of yogurt and muesli.
You can enjoy the quick yogurt ice cream both as a snack and as a dessert. Kids love it, but adults also adore this fresh dessert.
