  • 4 potatoes
  • 1.8 oz salami
  • 4.4 oz scamorza
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 7 leaves basil
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Savory Pie with Potatoes, Salami, and Scamorza

  • Boil three large potatoes in plenty of cold salted water.

    Then, mash them with a potato masher and place the puree in a bowl. Add three pinches of salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped parsley, and basil. Mix everything well with a spatula.

  • Peel the remaining potato and slice it, not too thickly, then into wedges. Lightly salt.

    Slice the salami and dice the scamorza.
