- 1 pod vanilla
- 1 tsp honey
- as needed sprinkles (optional)
- as needed sliced almonds (optional)

Steps
To prepare this milk pudding, I am giving you 2 recipes, the first classic with cooking on the stove and the second with the MCP, but also adaptable to the Bimby.
In a small pot, pour the sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla pod, pour in half of the milk and stir until the powders have dissolved. Now add the remaining milk and place on the heat, let it cook and once the milk is heated, add the honey, stirring until it is dissolved.
Then stir until you have obtained a thick cream. At this point, turn off the heat and pour the milk pudding into four 4.5 oz bowls. Level it and let it cool and finally place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Then turn your pudding over onto a plate and decorate as desired.
2. Recipe with MCP or BIMBY
Pour all the ingredients into the bowl and set to 194°F (90°C) speed 4 for 10 minutes.
Then pour the pudding into bowls, let it cool and place in the fridge.
You can serve with dark chocolate, fruit puree, coulis, or syrups, milk pudding is always delicious even without sauces.
