Amaretti kisses, another no-bake and super delicious treat!
Amaretti kisses are filled with an irresistible chocolate ganache and dipped in coffee. I left some plain and some coated with almond flour.
They are prepared in a few minutes and are perfect as a dessert after a meal, but most importantly, no oven needed!!

Ingredients
- 40 amaretti (about 5.6 oz)
- 100 ml coffee
- 2.1 oz 50% dark chocolate
- 0.25 cups fresh whipping cream
- as needed almond flour
Steps
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a glass bowl.
Heat the cream until it is about to boil, remove from heat, and pour over the chocolate. Mix with a hand whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and combined.
Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and let cool; when at room temperature, transfer to the refrigerator for about half an hour.
After resting in the fridge, the chocolate ganache will be firm but not hard.
Fill one amaretto with half a teaspoon of cream (you can also use a piping bag) and cover with another, continue until finished.
Dip the kisses in the coffee and then in the almond flour.
Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour before enjoying them.
