Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp gelatin sheets
- 1/3 cup sugar
Steps
First, soak the gelatin in cold water for about ten minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and coffee with the vanilla. When it is about to boil, add the rehydrated gelatin and stir well to dissolve it completely.
Turn off the heat and divide the mixture into 4 small bowls or glasses, let cool and then transfer them to the refrigerator. They need to rest for about 4 hours to set perfectly.
Once set or before enjoying, you can sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
The panna cotta can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 days, I always recommend keeping it covered.
