Gluten-Free Orange and Chocolate Brownies.
Today I want to present a delight that will drive all chocolate and orange lovers crazy.
This recipe is the perfect combination of softness, intense flavor, and a citrusy touch.
Brownies are typical chocolate desserts from American cuisine that are incredibly delicious, with the addition of orange cream they are amazing!!

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 oz oranges (juice + grated zest as needed)
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
Steps
Chop the dark chocolate and melt it with butter in a double boiler or microwave (30 seconds at full power, stir and repeat until completely melted). Let it cool slightly.
With electric mixers, whip the eggs with the sugar, add a pinch of salt, vanilla, and the grated zest of one orange.
Add the melted chocolate, still beating with the mixers, and finally the flours.Pour into a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper and level it, mine is 8×10 inches. Set aside and prepare the cream.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and egg, add a bit of grated orange zest and the 3 oz of juice, finally the cornstarch. Mix well, then pour over the chocolate base and level.
Bake at 350°F for 30/35 minutes.
Always perform the toothpick test for doneness; it should not dry out but remain slightly moist.Once baked, let it cool completely and then cut into cubes.
If you eat your brownies right away, they can be kept at room temperature. Otherwise, store them in the fridge. You can also freeze them, and they will keep very well 😊
