Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups gluten-free cake flour
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet gluten-free baking powder
- 1 banana
- 6 1/2 oz strawberries (weight cleaned)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lemon (zest + juice)
Steps
In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with the mashed banana, lemon zest, and juice. Let it marinate for a few minutes.
