  • 7 oz lamb, cooked, oven-roasted
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2.1 oz avocado (weight after peeling)
  • 1 1/3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary

  • To prepare this one-dish meal for the keto Friday dinner, first place the meat in a baking pan (for 1 portion use a small pan; I used this pan), then season it with garlic + rosemary + oil (all blended with a blade chopper; I used this food chopper). Cover with an oven lid or parchment paper, then seal tightly with aluminum foil so the steam does not escape and the meat becomes very tender. Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for about 45 minutes, then remove the lid and continue cooking for another 15 minutes to brown.

  • Meanwhile, wash the arugula, then dry it and arrange it on one side of a plate. Then wash the avocado, weigh out a 60-gram portion (about 2.1 oz). Peel it and cut it into slices.

    When the lamb is cooked, transfer it to the plate.

    Dinner is ready.
