- 5 oz salmon
- 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation – Thursday keto dinner
First of all, cook the salmon steak with 1 tablespoon of oil, using a mini pan. Cook and brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, in a medium pan, put the remaining oil, turn on the stovetop and add the zucchini sliced. Cook and brown on both sides.
When everything is well cooked, transfer the salmon to a plate, then add the zucchini. Dress with a good drizzle of raw olive oil and chili pepper to taste.
