Today we make a delicious matcha detox smoothie, using the precious green antioxidant powder that benefits the whole body. For those who have never tried Matcha, I recommend giving it a try — it is a true antioxidant and anti-aging ingredient; when consumed daily it brings great benefits to the entire body. Even the complexion becomes more radiant. The one I use is -> ceremonial matcha, the most prized grade. We add avocado for a good amount of healthy fats and unsweetened cocoa powder rich in health-promoting properties, which gives a chocolate flavor to our smoothie. A snack (or breakfast) suitable for everyone, also for the Keto Diet.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz avocado
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  • To make the smoothie, put 1 teaspoon of matcha tea into the blender cup, add the water + 1.75 oz of avocado + 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

    Turn on the motor for a few seconds or until everything is well blended.

    Transfer the smoothie to a smoothie pitcher or a glass.

    Sprinkle the surface with unsweetened cocoa powder (optional).

    The smoothie is ready! Tasty, filling, nutritious and with a chocolatey flavor.
