- Cookie Cutters christmas
- Rolling Pin
- Pastry Board
Steps
On a pastry board, pour the flour and make a well, slowly pour the water and knead with your hands until a smooth and homogeneous ball is formed.
Choose the cookie cutters you like best: roll out the dough to a height of about half an inch and cut with the cutters.
Continue until the dough is finished.
While preparing the condiment, let the pasta rest with a cloth on top.
I seasoned it with the SIMPLE OLIVE AND ONION SAUCE but you can season it as you like.
Put the water to boil: once boiling, salt and pour.
They will be ready when they float (about 5/6 minutes)
Once cooked, drain the water and season.
