EASY AND QUICK LINDT CAKE
The recipe for an easy and quick Lindt cake, just use the special mold.
The recipe I propose today is the Lindt cake without butter, a simple way to recycle Easter eggs or simply to prepare the dessert for Sunday lunch. The pan I use for baking the base is a special one that is sold in all homeware or supermarkets with a raised base so that you can pour the cream without problems. One last tip, in the classic recipe baking powder is not used, but if you want you can add a teaspoon of it.
I then decorated it with lots of fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, and white chocolate, of course, you can then decorate it as you like and rest assured it will disappear in no time.
A cake so creamy and delicious that it will make both kids and adults happy.
Let’s see how I made it 🙂

It will melt in a few minutes.
The extra tip: blend for a few seconds with an immersion blender: you will get a very smooth mixture.
At this point, pour the cream over the well-cooled base and let it set in the fridge for at least two hours.
I then decorated with some fresh fruit to make it more beautiful
