Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • olive oil
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 2 bunches mint

Steps

  • First, wash the mint and parsley well: chop them finely on a cutting board.

    In a bowl, pour the oil, the chopped parsley, and mint; use a garlic press to crush well and add to the sauce.

    Use a fork to mix and blend the ingredients well.

  • Slice the zucchini into 0.2 inches pieces by hand or with a mandoline, heat the grill well, and start cooking the zucchini; salt once cooked.

    Gradually place the zucchini on a plate and pour the flavored oil; continue in this manner until all the zucchini are done.

  • Let them rest for an hour so all the flavors blend perfectly.
