HOMEMADE PASTINA IN BROTH READY IN TWO MINUTES
A super quick homemade pasta, ready in just a few minutes.
Often in the evening for my children, I prepare broth, either vegetable or chicken, etc., and accompany it with pastina that can be found in any supermarket. But when I have a couple of extra minutes, I make this recipe that is as easy as it is quick and they love it, especially with a lot of Parmesan on top 🙂
Let’s see how I made it.

I prepare and freeze it in portions for when I need it, always following this recipe
In a bowl, pour the egg with the flour and salt, and start mixing. If needed, pour the hot water a little at a time.
Create a smooth and compact dough and let it rest a bit in the refrigerator.
Once the broth is ready, strain it into a saucepan. As soon as the water boils, do this:
Take the dough and cut it directly into the broth with scissors.
Cook for 5 minutes.
