LINDT CAKE WITH SOFT BASE READY IN 5 MINUTES
A creamy and easy-to-make cake, with a soft base prepared in no time, ideal for those who want a dessert without too much work in the kitchen.
The LINDT CAKE is really made in two minutes and has a slightly harder base, because it’s without yeast or milk in the dough; this version is softer, usually, bases like this are used for FRUIT TARTS etc. but this time I wanted to make it for the Lindt cake, always delicious.
The base can be filled with various CREAMS or with a delicious JAM 🙂

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz dark chocolate
Tools

Steps
In a bowl, pour the sugar with the eggs and start to whisk, gradually adding all the ingredients.
Grease the tart pan well and pour the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 320°F and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test.
Let the base cool well.
In a small pot, pour the cream and the chocolate cut into pieces, cook over low heat until the chocolate is well melted.
Pour over the well-cooled base.
Let it set in the fridge for two hours.
Decorate as you like, I added cookies, pears, and chocolate shavings.
